Biographie
Yasue Yuki wurde in Otsu, Japan geboren. Mit 3 Jahren erhielt sie den ersten Klavierunterricht, und später besuchte sie das Musik-Gymnasium.
An der Kyoto City University of Arts studierte sie Klavier bei Prof. Yasuko Tasumi und Prof. Kenichi Ara und schloss ihr Masterstudium ab. Erwerb des Preises der Fakultät für Musik. Zahlreiche Konzertauftritte folgten u.a. in Tokyo, Osaka , Kyoto und Kobe.
Eine Auszeichnung erhielte sie vom staatlichen Rundfunk (NHK) bei dem Yougaku (european classic music) audition.
Als Stipendiatin der Rotary Foundation International setzte sie 1988 an der Staatlichen Hochschule für Musik in Freiburg ihre pianistische Ausbildung bei Prof. Tibor Hazay fort. Sie legte die Künstlerische Reifeprüfung sowie das Solisten-Examen jeweils mit Auszeichnung ab.
Darüber hinaus gewann sie einen Preis der Gesellschaft zur Förderung der Musikhochschule Freiburg und war Finalistin beim Mendelssohn Wettbewerb in Berlin.
Weitere wichtige Impulse bekam Yasue Yuki bei Meisterkursen von Christoph Eschenbach, György Sebök und Victor Merzhanov.
Ihr künstlerisches Schaffen dokumentieren z.B. Rundfunkaufnahmen sowie eine Solo CD-Einspielung mit Werken von F. Chopin (24 Preludes u.a.), über die die Badische Zeitung schrieb:
„…die japanische Pianistin hat besondere Stärken im lyrischen Bereich. Nichtsdestotrotz kann sie auch zupacken.“
Als Solistin spielte sie Klavierkonzerte von Mozart (KV466 ,488, 491), Brahms (Nr.1) und Chopin (Nr.1, beim WDR Musikfest) mit den Mozart Kammerorchester, Symphonie Orchester der Musikhochschule Freiburg, Studio Orchester Duisburg u.a. Ausser ihrer solistischen Konzerttätigkeit (Klavierabende, Auftritte bei den Musikfestivals) widmet sie sich auch intensiv der Kammermusik.
Seit 1988 lebt sie in Freibug und unterrichtet seit 1996 an der Hochschule für Musik Freiburg in Deutschland .

Yasue Yuki was born in Otsu, Japan. At the age of three she received her first piano lessons, and later she attended the Music
high school.
She studied piano at the Kyoto City University of Arts with Prof. Yasuko Tasumi and Prof. Kenichi Ara and finished her master's degree. Acquisition of the prize of the Faculty of Music. Numerous concert performances followed in Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto and Kobe among other.
She received an award from the National Broadcasting Corporation (NHK) at the Yougaku (european classic music) audition.
As a scholarship holder of the Rotary Foundation International, she continued her pianist training with Prof. Tibor Hazay at the State University of Music in Freiburg in Germany in 1988. She passed the Artistic Reifeprüfung as well as the soloist examination with special award.
In addition, she won the Society for the Promotion of the Freiburg University of Music and was a finalist at the Mendelssohn Competition in Berlin.
Yasue Yuki also received further important impulses at master classes by Christoph Eschenbach, György Sebök and Victor Merzhanov.
Her artistic works are documented, for example broadcast recordings or a Solo-CD recording with works of F.Chopin (24 Prelude etc.), about which the Badische Zeitung wrote:
"The Japanese pianist has particular strengths in the lyrical field. [...]"
As a soloist, she played piano concerts by Mozart (KV466,488,491), Brahms (No.1) and Chopin (No.1, at the WDR Musikfest) with the Mozart Kammerorchester, Symphony Orchestra of University of Music Freiburg, Studio Orchester Duisburg etc. Apart from her solo concert activities (piano recitals, performances at the music festivals), she also devotes herself intensively to chamber music.
Since 1988, she has been living in Freibug and since 1996 she has been teaching at the Freiburg University of Music in Germany.
